1. Eligibility:
Members must be 21 years or older.
Membership is free and non-transferable. Only one account per member is allowed.
2. Acceptance:
By participating, members agree to all rules, terms, and conditions of Rain Rock Casino’s Players Club.
3. Card Usage:
Members are responsible for properly inserting their card into a machine to earn points, bonuses, benefits, and privileges. Points will not be generated if the card is not properly inserted.
For table games, present your card to the dealer or supervisor before playing to be rated.
Point adjustments cannot be made for failure to properly insert the card.
4. Revocation and Property:
Membership can be revoked or suspended at the management’s discretion.
Membership cards are the property of Rain Rock Casino.
5. Lost or Stolen Cards:
Rain Rock Casino is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
Duplicate cards can be issued with proper identification at the Cage.
6. Rewards and Activity:
Membership rewards, Free Slot Play, and Points Play rewards have time limits and expiration dates.
Guests must have active play to be eligible for rewards unless otherwise specified.
Accounts with no activity for 12 consecutive months will be considered inactive.
Rain Rock Casino reserves the right to adjust point balances due to malfunctions, operational errors, or fraud.
7. Identification:
Valid photo ID and Players Club card must be presented to receive any benefits.
8. Fraud and Misuse:
Members cannot accrue points by distributing their card to others.
Fraudulent use will result in membership loss, voiding of all points, and permanent revocation of privileges.
9. PIN Protection:
Protection of Personal Identification Number (PIN) is the sole responsibility of the member. PIN numbers give access to Free Play and Point Balances and should be safeguarded at all times. Never share your PIN with any other person.
10. Changes and Disputes:
Management reserves the right to change or revise Players Club terms, conditions, policies, rewards, and benefits at any time.
Disputes or issues not covered by these rules will be settled at the discretion of Rain Rock Casino management.
Gaming history requests will only be hand delivered, mailed, or sent electronically via e-mail to the address or e-mail on file in Rain Rock Casinos player tracking system. Please verify that we have your current mailing address and/or e-mail before submitting your request. A separate request must be completed for each account.
